Landmarked Mediterranean Residence
Stone accents on a textured stucco exterior work with each other in forming the exterior of this 13,000 square foot, completely restored landmark home. Intricate stone castings were recreated from originals and old-world application techniques were employed to complete the exterior of this exquisite residence. The entire residence was restored in twenty months, including the interiors which were completed with both original indigenous materials and imported sources. The finishes were reproduced and restored in design & detail and completed to meet the owner’s desire to meld a sense of stature and grandeur with the modern conveniences required in today’s technology fueled world.
