Gables of varied designs, water glides, stuccoed roof and diverse textural elements make this Bermuda style house true to the details of the vernacular. The house sits on the water in Palm Beach with each room providing a view to the Intracoastal Waterway. To meet the owners request to have an authentic Bermuda feel to the structure, various building masses were assembled to replicate a house that started as an original settlement structure which was added on to over the centuries; each new generation owners adding their own eclectic addition to reach the current final house. The interior finishes have stunning hand shaped beams, indigenous stones of the Caribbean and a soft color palette providing an idyllic setting for the owner to relax and enjoy.
