The renovation to an historic house originally designed by society architect Marion Sims Wyeth was awarded the Ballinger Award in 2019.
At the exterior, you are greeted with an updated façade, complete with new windows & doors, modernized electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems, roof system, hardscape, pool, fountains, and landscaping. Inside, the home features intricate and delicate finishes throughout. Each wall is covered by a continuous hand painted mural featuring bird species from Florida & Virginia. Extensive use of French polished wood compliment the library, dining and bar. At the back, a large open loggia opens onto a refined vanishing edge pool along with a Chinoiserie pool house for entertaining.
